VR associates are independent contractors and not employees. They are compensated commission basis, without a base salary. All associates must have or be qualified to obtain a North Carolina real estate license.

At VR we believe that intermediaries should always be learning, and VR associates are trained through experience and a comprehensive course. Qualified candidates are eligible for VR’s proprietary Master Business Intermediary (MBI)® training and certification.
