The Selling Process

This sale enabled the founders of a four decade old dry cleaning business to retire and travel the world, and spend time with new grand children.  

This transaction involved the assignment or new lease of all locations, as well as the coordination of a complex SBA loan with lien subordination negotiations across six different landlords.

All of this transpired as the COVID 19 Pandemic was about to lock down the world, and success was accomplished through persistent communications and problem solving by business intermediary Neal Isaacs, MBA, CBI, CM&AP across the buyer and seller teams as well as the landlords and bank.
